• Online ordering is easy, just peruse the shop, place items in your cart (individual wines need to be in lots of 12) and click on the checkout to proceed. After ordering you'll receive a registration email, it'll give you an option to login and change your password.

• The wines are organised by region and variety, there are also suggestions of wines of similar style.
  
• All credit card transactions are transmitted through our secure server and are 100% safe.
  
• Credit cards are not processed in real time, (we put them through manually) so if you think you may have made an error (or that we've made one) don't contact your bank, get in touch with us via email and we'll sort it out.
