A limited edition, certified organic full bodied red wine from the fine sandy soils of Vine Vale in the world famous Barossa Valley. Aged for 4 years in French oak barrels.
Classic Cabernet, showing deep blackcurrant and boysenberry fruit aromatics leaping from the glass with some savoury tobacco nuanced leafy notes backing it up. The palate is rich and textured, offering layers of blackfruits, tobacco and toasty oak carried on a raft of fine tannin.
A wine of generosity and impact, drinking wonderfully now and sure to get better with a long spell in the cellar.
